Basic Semester

The basic semester provides an overview of Peace Studies and an introduction to the topics and methods of peace and conflict studies. It is taught simultaneously at the three partner universities. The structure and content of this semester is, for the most part, identical at each university, with all compulsory courses and a large number of electives taught using the same syllabi by the same faculty. Students are expected to complete this semester at the university where they have enrolled in the program.
